I have a double room & a single room (in a 3-bed maisonette) available for a short let.

Single room available 24th July.
Double room available 1st September

Happy to accommodate those that need just a few days a week, Mon to Fri and those in between lets, brief holiday etc...

Pet-free and non-smoking household.

This is a vegan household.

No animal products to be consumed or cooked in the house. (You don't have to be vegan/vegetarian yourself).

Pet free, clean and non smoking household. If you enjoy quiet mornings and quiet evenings this is the place for you.

Current household is a mix of working professional students.

Hopefully, this will suit someone who is looking for something in zone 1/N1 area. (No WFH/studying during week days due to my personal commitments).

The location is just off City Road close to Hoxton, Shoreditch, Old Street, Angel, Liverpool Street, Brick Lane, Barbican, The City and Kings Cross.

I would need the rent and deposit to be paid upfront. Happy to accommodate either room from a minimum of 1 week.

Excellent bus and tube links. Located in between Angel and Old Street Tube stations Northern Line. Buses, 141, 76, 205, 214, 43, 55, 135, 394, 38, 19, 4, 56, 274.

Please bring your own bedding. But can provide bedding if needed.
