2-week sublet of one bedroom garden flat

Hi!

This wonderful one-bedroom flat with private garden is available for short-term renters (2 weeks in September).

Single or double occupant and preferably non-smoker and without pets if possible.

Ideally a professional seeking a green environment who needs something short term would rent this space. The room benefits from a king-size bed.

WiFi optional. Please request if needed.

The property is on the lower ground floor.

I do consider people who are in London only parts of the week.

I am available for any questions anytime.

Bills are included (heating, electricity, and water). There is a washing machine and washing line to dry clothing outside.

This is a beautiful place in a lovely neighborhood. I am looking for a considerate, reliable, clean and kind person.

It is a one bedroom flat with an open kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and the hallway has space for your shoes and coats.

The bed is a comfortable king-size. And there's a dining table. There is also a dining table with benches outside to enjoy your meals outside during the summer time.

Highstreet Kensington is very close, the Design Museum is in walking distance as well as Hammersmith Station. There are busses going as well to all these locations. Olympia Station is 3min walking distance away.
In this area there are many lovely pubs and restaurants.

The place is furnished and I'll supply bedding and towels as well.

Please suggest possible dates for a meet up or call when reaching out and specify details. If you'd like to stay longer than 2 weeks, I can only offer the bedroom beyond the September window.

About me: I'm 37, I have a dog and run my own business. I am always happy to have a chat or even go out for a meal together or something. At the same time I appreciate space and respect other people's space as well.
I have an incredibly well-trained dog who will probably burst from happiness seeing you. She is very friendly and easy-going.
I get up in the morning between 7 and 8 and spend some days at the business, some days around the flat depending on what I need to do.
