I’m sadly moving out of our flat, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room and contract. Move-in date ideally before 15 December, with some flexibility.
The flat is really bright and spacious with two floors and over 100 sq. m - living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, and bedrooms on the second floor. There’s plenty of natural light all day. The flat is newly renovated (except the bathroom), with a new kitchen, carpets and recent furniture. The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and a bookshelf. It’s really spacious and quiet - the best room in the flat in my opinion!

Fantastic location next to Kensington Olympia, with easy access to High Street Kensington, Holland Park, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush and plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. Great transport connections (District Line, Picadilly Line, Central Line & Overground) and beautiful parks nearby, such as Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park, perfect for leisurely walks or outdoor time.
Who you’ll be living with
You’d be sharing with two really lovely, laid-back and active professionals in their late 20s. They enjoy going out and about, busy with their own schedule, but also appreciate evenings in together, whether that’s a glass of wine, dinner or a cosy chat. They take a very good care of the home, value cleanliness, and are respectful of personal space.
About you
We’re looking for a friendly female around 25–35 who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, someone who wants to make this flat their home. Ideally a full-time professional who doesn’t work from home more than once or twice a week. You have your own social life, are independent, and have a mature approach to living with others in a shared property. Because we’ve created a cosy and stable home here, we’re looking for someone who intends to stay long term (at least a year). If you’re seeking something short-term, this wouldn’t be the right fit.
