Bought a brand new house in the Olympic Park.

I'm a very clean young professional and use the master bedroom with ensuite. I'm looking to rent one double bedroom to someone friendly, fun and clean. You'll also have one bathroom to yourself. There's also a spare room which I'm thinking of turning into an office at some point.

Bills are all included, so you just need to pay the rent.

There's a kitchen, living area and garden at the back too. In addition to the ensuite in my room, there is a bathroom upstairs and a third toilet downstairs, so worth seeing how modern and spacious the house is. The bed has an Emma mattress so is very comfortable.

1 month rolling contract to allow flexibility for when you need to move again and bills are included.

Have a water softener installed so there's no limescale and fast fiber broadband.
