The house has no shared TV or TV Licence — you would need to arrange your own if you wish to watch live TV or BBC iPlayer in your room.
Shared kitchen for everyday cooking. High-spec kitchen, so please keep it well maintained.

Minimum 12-month arrangement, longer term welcome (e. g. postgraduate or PhD students). Fixed monthly rent of £1,150, bills included on the basis of reasonable use. Must be a full-time student.
