A bright, spacious double room in a beautiful, modern 3-bedroom house in E20, Olympic Park, with sole use of the bathroom while residing at the property.

I'm looking for one professional lodger who works from a London office during the week and would like a comfortable, quiet and well-maintained weekday base.

THE ROOM & HOME
• Spacious double bedroom
• Sole use of the bathroom while residing at the property
• Beautiful, modern 3-bedroom house
• By the Olympic Park, with excellent Stratford and Hackney Wick connections
• Wi-Fi included
• Bills included (reasonable and considerate use expected)
• You are welcome to leave clothes, toiletries and work belongings in the room over the weekend, so there is no need to carry everything back and forth each week

The house is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and care, so I'm looking for someone who is naturally clean, tidy and respectful of their surroundings.

WEEKDAY LIVING
This arrangement is suited to someone who works from a London office during the day and wants a comfortable base during the working week. It is not suitable for working from home when in London.
The kitchen is available for light use, including microwave, kettle and fridge/freezer space.

THE BEDROOM
The room is furnished. Bed linen is provided, and linen is changed roughly every 2 weeks — on changeover, please strip the bed and I'll remake it with fresh linen.
Lodgers should bring their own personal toiletries and other personal items.
Normal household supplies such as toilet paper are provided.

THE ARRANGEMENT
This is a fixed monthly lodging arrangement for one person, Monday night to Friday morning. A Sunday-to-Thursday arrangement can also be considered.

3 nights per week — £850/month

If you require 4 nights per week, please get in touch — £1,050/month

You can choose the arrangement that best matches your normal office schedule.

This is not Airbnb or short-term accommodation — I'm looking for someone who wants a reliable, comfortable London base on an ongoing monthly arrangement.

Bills are included and reasonable use is expected.

Please note: the property does not have a TV and there is no TV licence.

The house is in E20, Olympic Park, with excellent transport connections:
• Stratford Station
• Stratford International
• Elizabeth Line
• Jubilee Line
• Central Line
• DLR
• Southeastern High Speed
Ideal for commuting to the City, Canary Wharf or the West End.
Westfield Stratford City is also just moments away for shopping, groceries, restaurants and everyday essentials.
