We are looking for someone to move into our existing 3 bed 2 bath flat in Coppermaker Square right next to Westfield, Stratford, to replace our 3rd flatmate who has moved back home for good

Details about the property / flat:
- Location: Fantastic location, 3-4 mins walk from Stratford station (which also has many important lines like Elizabeth, central, jubilee, dlr, overground). The property is located just inside Westfield mall so very close to supermarkets and restaurants but still very calm and quiet
- Flat: 3 bed 2 bath on the ground floor with a large patio attached. 1 en-suite and 1 shared bathroom. We will split rent equally between the 3 rooms (£1380 per person per month excl bills). The building is only 1 year old so very high quality interiors
- Room: The room freeing up is the non en-suite but very spacious compared to London standards. Will be able to fit in a desk easily and has very wholesome views of the dog park in the building. Shared bathroom is spacious which will be shared with one clean and hygienic male flatmate
- Amenities: Unheard of in London at this price, building has swimming pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, gym, games room (x box and play station, pool, shuffleboard), co working spaces and more for residents. In house maintenance and built to rent property managed by Greystar so no hassle of landlord
- Price: Our flat has the lowest per room rent split in this building and you would also be benefiting from a 2 week concession that we are getting on contract renewal (in other words you will not find a better deal at Coppermaker Square, or anywhere else in London, for the quality of this house / amenities)

Ideal flat mate:
- Has to be vegetarian (or okay to adapt to a pure vegetarian household)
- Comfortable sharing a bathroom with a clean male flatmate
- We are a social but calm household so would not call too many guests / have parties at home
- Clean and and respectful of shared spaces
- Ideally a professional with a stable income / committed to stay for a year

About us:
- We are 2 friends (1 male and 1 female), both 23 years old and living here together since a year. We are both professionals and mostly work from the office (1-2 days a week wfh)
- One of us is an investment banker and the other a software engineer
- We are super chill, laid back people and love to hang out but also respect each others privacy
