I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in E20 near Olympic Park, as I'm leaving London soon.

The room is very spacious. There is enough space to use part of it as a work area if you want.

You would share a bathroom with one female flatmate
Current flatmates: one Chinese woman and one British man
(All Professionals and both in their mid & late 20s)
Both flatmates are tidy and considerate, and we follow a regular cleaning schedule.
>>>Rent: £1,110 per month
Joint tenancy between three people; you would replace me on the existing contract (managed by Touchstone)
Council Tax : Band E (Approximately231pound/m)
Available from: Dec 6th
(but Move-in date is flexible)
As you'll share a bathroom with a female flatmate, a female tenant would be preferred. No couples, sorry!
