I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Atlas House, E20 , as I'm leaving London after finishing my study.
The room
The room is very spacious. There is enough space to use part of it as a work area.
The flat
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
You would share a bathroom with one female flatmate
Current flatmates: one Chinese woman and one British man
Non-smoking household
Both flatmates are tidy and considerate, and we follow a regular cleaning schedule.
Rent: £1,110 per month
Joint tenancy between three people; you would replace me on the existing contract (managed by Touchstone)
Available from: 6th December
As you'll share a bathroom with a female flatmate, a female tenant would be preferred.
