Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving offshore, so I’m looking for someone to take over the primary en-suite bedroom in my modern 2-bedroom apartment at Coppermaker Square in Stratford, available from 1 November 2026. The development is just a stone’s throw from Westfield Stratford and Stratford Station.

The Apartment & Room

The Room: You will have exclusive use of the spacious primary bedroom, featuring built-in wardrobes and a private en-suite bathroom. (Note: I currently occupy this room, but I’m happy to move to the second bedroom, leaving you with the primary en-suite). Please note the photo of then ensuite bedroom was taken when my current flatmate was using the ensuite.

The Flat: A high-spec, modern apartment featuring underfloor heating, air cooling, a modern kitchen, and extra storage space. Each of us will have dedicated, exclusive use of our own bathroom.

Furnishings: The flat comes unfurnished, but I am buying the existing living room furniture from my outgoing flatmate (excluding the TV and sound system). The bed shown in the photo belongs to him and is available for purchase if you’re interested! He also has two storage units.

About Me
About Me: I’m a litigation lawyer working in the Chancery Lane / Farringdon area. I am in the office most of working week and tend to be out and about on Sundays.

Bills: Internet is included. Other utility bills and council tax (Band D; £1,944.23 annually) are not included and will be split. We also have a cleaner who come every fortnight and this expense will be split as well.
