The flat is located just off Clapham Rd, a 5 minute walk to Stockwell Tube(Victoria & Northern Line station). Vauxhall is about 15 minutes away. There are also a number of buses just out the front.
There are a number of amenities close by, with a gym and Tesco just across the road. The restaurants and bars of Clapham are a 10 minute bus ride away, or you can get into Leicester Square in 20 minutes by tube. The multi-cultural melting pot of Brixton is close by as well.
The room is fully furnished, with a desk, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The door has also been upgraded to a fire door.
Some bills (Council Tax and WiFi) are included in the monthly price. You would be required to pay a share of the gas, electric and water each month. This comes to around £60 to £70 per month.
