A spacious, fully furnished XL double room (162 sq ft) is becoming available in our lovely four-storey house near Oval.

Our current tenant is planning to move out, so the move-in date is flexible and can be arranged.

It’s rare for a room to become available here, with most housemates having stayed between 2 and 6 years. We have a relaxed, friendly and harmonious household and are looking for someone considerate, tidy and easygoing who would like to make it their home.

~ The House ~

Our spacious four-storey house offers plenty of privacy and personal space, with a large kitchen overlooking a lovely fenced garden with outdoor furniture.

We have a washing machine, separate tumble dryer and a newly renovated bathroom. We’re also extending the kitchen to create a much larger kitchen, dining and living area.

~ The Room ~

A generous 162 sq ft furnished double room on the first floor, with the newly renovated bathroom and shower conveniently next door. Only two other housemates share this floor, and there’s an additional WC downstairs.

The room includes a double bed and mattress, triple wardrobe, clothes rail, two chests of drawers, desk, bedside table, bookcase and shelving.

The plants belong to the current housemate and aren’t included 😊

Around 15–20 minutes’ walk to Oval Underground Station (Northern Line) and 30 minutes to Vauxhall, with plenty of local shops, cafés, supermarkets and Oval’s lovely farmers’ market nearby.
