A spacious furnished double room is available from 4th October in our large house share on Cromwell Road, near Oval.

It's quite rare for us to have a room become available. Most of our housemates have lived here for between 2 and 6 years, and we've always tried to keep a relaxed, friendly and harmonious atmosphere in the house. We're looking for someone tidy, easygoing and considerate who is looking for the same and would like to make it their home for a while.

~The House ~

The house is very spacious and spread over four floors, so everyone has plenty of their own space.

We have a large kitchen overlooking a fenced garden with outdoor furniture, as well as a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

We've recently renovated the bathroom and we're currently extending the kitchen to create a much larger kitchen, dining and living room area. Whoever moves in will have a lovely new communal living space and larger kitchen to look forward to soon.

The room is on the first floor, with the newly renovated bathroom and shower conveniently next door. You will only share this floor with two other housemates, while the other bedrooms are spread across the remaining floors. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

~The Room~

This is an XL furnished double room with plenty of storage.

It includes a double bed and mattress, triple wardrobe, additional clothes rail, two chests of drawers, desk, bedside table, large bookcase and shelving.

The plants are staying with their current owner, so they are not included with the room 😊

~Location~

The house is in a very central and well connected part of London, around a 15 to 20 minute walk from Oval Underground Station, with the Northern Line providing easy access across central London. Vauxhall is only a 30 min walk away from the house

There are plenty of local shops, cafés and supermarkets nearby, as well as the farmers' market by Oval station, which is lovely for fresh food and produce.

Despite being so central, the house has lots of space and a large garden, so it doesn't have the cramped feeling of many London house shares.

We're looking for someone with previous house share experience who is tidy, respectful and easygoing.

The house has a nice balance where everyone gets along and there is a real sense of harmony, while everyone also has their own lives, privacy and space. We'd love to find someone who fits naturally into the house and is looking for somewhere they can feel at home.
