The rent is £1075/ month plus share of bills which were £122 per month per room in 2023. This included council tax (band C), water, electricity, heating and broadband. On top of this there is your share of the costs of the obligatory cleaner (that needs to be found still).

The deposit is 5 weeks rent.

The flat would suit professionals wanting a London base, but it can also be perfect for someone who wants to make it his/her home and doesn’t mind sharing the living room and kitchen.
