Quiet room in Oval with private bathroom

Hi,

The room is a small double room, with a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk, and wardrobe. You will have a large bathroom all to yourself just across the hall, with a bath/shower and more storage space. All bills are included in the rent, including a cleaner who comes once every two weeks.

The flat is a quiet, top floor, two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in a modern building. It has a shared living room/kitchen and a balcony with great views of London. There is a secure bike garage you can use for your bike, and also a safe parking space available for rent

In terms of location, the flat is 10-15 minutes from Oval tube (northern line) and about 15-20 minutes from Stockwell (northern and victoria lines), with a bus stop around 5 minutes away that has plenty of routes on it going into the city, soho, westminster and brixton.

You'll be sharing with me, a 35 year old male consultant. I'm quiet, calm, and tidy, and looking for similar. I enjoy theatre and dance shows, playing board games, watching cult films at the cinema or at home, exploring cocktail bars, restaurants, art galleries and other creative events in new parts of London, and am often at the gym - would be great to have a flatmate with similar interests but no worries if not.
