Mon-Fri room with private bathroom in Oval

Hi,

The room is a small double room, with a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk, and wardrobe. You will have a large bathroom all to yourself just across the hall, with a bath/shower and more storage space. The room is available to rent a few nights during the week (ideally two or three nights), and is available to move anytime from November onwards. Bills are included in the rent. Short term lets also welcome.

The flat is a top floor, two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in a modern building. It has a shared living room/kitchen and a small balcony with great views of London. It is 15 minutes from Oval tube (northern line) and about 20 minutes from Stockwell (northern and victoria lines), with a bus stop around 5 minutes away that has plenty of routes on it going into the city, soho, westminster and brixton.

You'll be sharing with me, a 33 year old male consultant that works from home a few days a week - but I'll try to go to the office on the days you are around to give you more space if you need to work from home. I'm quiet and tidy, and looking for similar. In terms of interests, I enjoy going to the gym, board games, gigs, and horror/cult movies (we don't need to watch them together though!). I also grew up in Cape Town so enjoy going on surfing trips back home/in Europe when I can.

It would be great if you could let me know a bit about yourself/ and et me know how many nights (and which nights) you would be looking to rent the room when you message. The £700 rent is assuming three nights a week, it would be £500 for two nights a week.
