Hi,
The room is a small double room, with a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk, and wardrobe. You will have a large bathroom all to yourself just across the hall, with a bath/shower and more storage space. The room is available to rent only Thursday night. All bills are included in the rent, including a cleaner who comes once every two weeks.
The flat is a top floor, two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in a modern building. It has a shared living room/kitchen and a small balcony with great views of London. It is 15 minutes from Oval tube (northern line) and about 20 minutes from Stockwell (northern and victoria lines), with a bus stop around 5 minutes away that has plenty of routes on it going into the city, soho, westminster and brixton.
You'll be sharing with me, a 34 year old male consultant that works from home a few days a week. I'm quiet and tidy, and looking for similar. In terms of interests, I enjoy going to the gym, board games, gigs, and cult cinema. I also grew up in Cape Town so enjoy going on surfing trips back home/in Europe when I can.
