Room in 5 storey house

Hello! We’re two friendly girls (and two affectionate cats!) looking for a lovely new housemate to join our beautiful five-story home.

The room is on the top floor, which you’ll share with one of us (and the cats, who will definitely make you feel at home). The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and a couple of cosy living spaces — perfect for a cup of tea, a chat, or just curling up with a book.

We’re very much a home rather than just a house-share. There’s a relaxed, warm vibe here . We both work hard but love coming back to a place that feels peaceful and welcoming.

✨ A few things to know:
• The rent is a little lower than usual because there are still a few minor renovations happening, but nothing disruptive! Our builders are genuinely like family. We’ve known them for over a year, and they’re absolute gems.
• There’s a garden that’s a bit of a work-in-progress, but I’m turning it into a lovely little haven (green thumbs and garden enthusiasts welcome!).
• We also have access to a private residents’ square, which is such a lovely bonus for picnics, reading, or a quiet coffee outside.
