Essentially this stunning Georgian flat is a whole flat with open kitchen/living room, bathroom, balcony and office (I use the office as a room when I travel, usually a couple weeks out of the year and with plenty of notice) the room can be used when I am not around! There is a z bed under the lift up king bed and fits nicely in the office room for guests, there is also a double sofa for guests.

There is also parking available through £300 permit for on street parking, if you wish.

Vauxhall station: 10 min walk

Lots of lovely parks nearby and the property has a small balcony with lots of storage! Pets considered :)

The flat is 6 doors down from the local pub (Fentiman Arms) and there is a large Salisbury 10mins away and smaller convenience shops 3 min walk away.
