Georgian flat with open kitchen/living room, bathroom, balcony and office. There is a z bed under the lift up king bed and fits nicely in the office room for guests, there is also a double sofa for guests.
The office can be excluded and the rent reduced if needed, this includes locking it and will be used for storage/spot for me to stay a few days out of the year, with plenty of notice.
There is an entrance hall with under stairs storage cupboard. The kitchen and whole flat is fully furnished (new washing machine). The photos are essentially what is included (all paintings, TVs in living and bedroom, kitchen appliances, PS3, utensils etc)
Bills including internet (high speed), council tax, water, gas and electric are £650 per month, this may be subject to change but is usually around this. This also includes a bi-weekly cleaner. I am able to have some wiggle room with these if you want the cleaning service reduced or lesser internet.
Additional £300 per month for super short term letting (under 3 months).
There is parking available through council permit outside the property, if you wish at own cost.
Oval station: 6 min walk
Vauxhall station: 10 min walk
Lots of lovely parks nearby and the property has a small balcony. Also lots of storage! Pets considered :)
The flat is 6 doors down from the local pub (Fentiman Arms) and there is a large Supermarket 10mins walk away and smaller convenience shops 3 min walk away. Just behind cricket stadium.
