I’m a professional who works fairly crazy hours and am hardly ever at home, so I’m looking for housemates who have a similar lifestyle and are happy to enjoy a quiet, relaxed and respectful home. The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Oval Station (Northern Line), with Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, the Gym, Post Office, Kennington Park, and plenty of cafés, shops, and local amenities all within easy walking distance.

A spacious, fully furnished double bedroom on the first floor, including:

You'll share a modern upstairs bathroom with just one other flatmate. It includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

It’s not a party house, although the occasional get-together is absolutely fine. ☺️ Everyone respects each other’s space and privacy. Please note: this is not suitable for anyone who works from home. I’m a professional working long hours and am rarely at home, so we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who is generally out during the day.
