Everything in the room stays except the dresser. There’s a private bathroom next to the room. I have my own ensuite so I don’t use it.
The house is over three floors: kitchen on the first, living room on the second.
I’m looking for someone easy-going and tidy. I work full time and I’m into sports. I fully respect people’s space and downtime, but I’m also happy to hang out or do things together.
All bills included, around £260 a month, including council tax.
