The flat is really well connected with buses and located a 10 minute walk from either Kennington, Oval or Vauxhall station.

Rent:
£1350 + bills (council tax - band F, water, gas ect which is roughly £200 per month)

I’m 25 from Sydney working in the music industry and have lived in London for 3 years now.

I’m looking for a flatmate who also wants to be friends 🥺. I’m a very tidy person so would love to live with someone who likes clean spaces. I love having friends over for dinners and wine nights which of course my future flatemate would be welcome to join!
