📍 Location: Less than a 10-min walk to Oval station, around 20 mins to Vauxhall, with plenty of buses right outside and great connections around London.

🛏️ Large double room – £1,150 pcm (+ bills)

Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers + 2 bedside tables. Lots of storage and great natural light.

🏠 The flat: Large shared bathroom, kitchen, open living/dining space and a cute terrace with views of the Shard!! 🪴

A little about us: You’ll be living with me (27) and Roxanna (26) - we’re both POC, creative, friendly, chill and inclusive, and work from the office around 3x a week in marketing / media. We’re quite social and really value community at home, so we’d love someone who wants to be friends rather than just housemates! 💗

We’re up for girls nights, dinners, drinks, exploring London, events and classes together (spin, pottery, salsa etc.), but also love our own space and downtime. Basically, we’re looking for a social but chilled home, with someone who’s open-minded, clean, respectful and considerate of the shared space.

Also the landlord is super nice & responsive - doing works to the whole flat before move-in which is a dream 🤩
