We are advertising a fully furnished double room in our 3-bed flat. The rent is £900 pcm, plus bills of about £107. The room will be available to move in on the 6th December 2026. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift, so is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

The room includes a big double wardrobe and storage space under the bed, as well as a desk and desk chair. There is one shared shower room and a separate toilet room. The shared living room is separate from the kitchen.

The location has excellent transport links. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Oval tube station on the Northern line, and a 15 minute walk from Vauxhall train station and Victoria line. There are lots of bus routes as well for when the tubes are down, and is easily within cycling distance of central London.

The surrounding area is lovely, with the iconic Kennington Park just across the road, the Oval cricket ground at the end of the street, and plenty of great pubs and places to eat in walking distance (Taro is our favourite). There is a PureGym a 5-10 min walk away, a Tesco Superstore a 10 min walk away, and a 24 hour Nisa over the road.

We are friends and live-in landlords Sam (28M) and Alessandro (28M). Sam works as the manager of a restaurant, and Alessandro works a hybrid 9-5 office job as a patent attorney. Sam loves to cook and go cycling when his schedule allows, and Alessandro spends most of his free time fencing and pretending to study for his professional exams. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and enjoy a clean living space.
