Double bedroom in Paddington available!

We have a lovely double bedroom available in our flat located in sort after neighbourhood of Lancaster Gate/Paddington which will be ready to move into on the 1st of November 2024.

Rental Breakdown:
1st - 31st November = £885 PCM (old contract)
1st December = £990 PCM (This is when the new contract starts)

We can explain above in more detail when you view the apartment.

Useful things to know:

Please note: Preferably Professional female age 35+ will be considered!

You will be required to contribute to additional bills (not included in the rent)

Cleaning - £10 (per flatmate)
communal cleaning products: £40 (per month/per flatmate)
Council Tax - £40 (per month/per flatmate)
Electricity approximate - £15 - 20 (per month/per flatmate)

You will be sharing the flat with 2 professionals females (we do not have a living room) together with the communal kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is very clean and tidy. We maintain very high standards and we are looking for someone who will reciprocate these standards.

We are very relaxed and friendly and we treat the flat as our home. After a hard day's work we look forward to coming back to our lovely home (sorry , no parties) so would appreciate someone with a similar mindset. We have dinner's and drinks ever so often but also, respect everyone’s space. I’ve been living here for 8 years and I’m delighted to call it our home!! Please note we rent through an agency, who will carry out vetting checks prior to you moving in.
