The current housemate is a working professional, who keeps the flat immaculate. The kitchen & living area is always tidy and the space of the other Flatmate is recognised. This is very important for any new applicants, this is not a party house.

Looking for a housemate who is friendly but also appreciates the other persons space. Must be clean and considerate. We both value the quiet times and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night after 10pm and early mornings.

Looking preferably for a professional who is respectful and can live in harmony.

Must be a Non-smoker.
