Description
Female professionals only
Hello,
1 room is becoming available from ***March 1st***
If you’re a professional, that knows how to recycle, doesn't smoke or get cold easily, is tidy & clean and doesn't always work from home, we'd love to hear a little bit about you.
A large double room that's semi furnished with great lighting has become available in this average dusty flat in a great location.
Room - £1120 (including bills)
The room has some furniture: storage, 2 couches, and a desk.
We’re on a somehow quiet street in a great neighbourhood, all the way up on the 3rd floor.
There’s bit of everything around (3 different supermarkets, restaurants, shops, gym, park), which makes most places very accessible.
We’re between Royal Oak Station (Circle & Hammersmith & City Lines) and Bayswater (Circle & District Lines) / Queensway (Central Line) - 8 min away. We’re 15 min from Portobello Road, and 10 min from Hyde Park. Paddington Station is about 15 min away.
.
It's a 3 bedroom flat **without** living room (hence the affordability in such a central location), so socialising often happens in the kitchen (or outside). I must re-iterate again, **no living room**, in case you've read the previous line too quickly.
As mentioned, this is an old, average flat that could use some lovin’, prefers to be chill and isn’t interested in drama.
We're looking for a kind, respectful and positive flatmate that likes to keep things tidy and clean, wears layers when it gets cold instead of cranking up the heaters (no double glazing), and knows how to recycle.
The agency also has a few requirements :
- Copy of the passport
- Proof of address
- Bank statements/payslips
- £760 deposit
I’ve lived here for 8+ years and despite cold winters and many clogged drains that get unclogged (thank you maintenance man), it’s a great location, with Hyde Park and Notting Hill a 10min walk away.
Also great if you're planning to travel with easy access to most airports.
Again, would love to hear more about you (personal, professional, hobbies, why you're looking to move, how long you've been in London, how you cohabitate, pet peeves, etc.) and why you think you'd make a great flatmate, if you’ve read this far and accepted that this will be an honest flatshare!
Please let us know more about yourself.
If the ad is still up: yes, it's still available. Also, please take the time to tell us about yourself. If you're unable to message (damn early bird), please show interest and we might reach out. The room is available from March 1st
Thank you.
