A double room is available from *September 1st* in this 3 bedroom, *no living room* flat-share.

If you’re a professional, that knows how to recycle, doesn't smoke or get cold easily, is tidy & clean and doesn't always work from home, we'd love to hear from you.

It's a furnished double room with lots of storage space in a great neighbourhood between Paddington and Notting Hill.

Room - £770 (+ ~£120 bills)

There’s bit of everything around (3 different supermarkets, restaurants, shops, gym, park), which makes most places very accessible.

We're between Royal Oak, Bayswater, and Queensway (8 min away). We’re 15min from Portobello Road, 10min from Hyde Park, and 15min from Paddington.

It's a 3 bedroom flat *without* living room (hence the affordability in such a central location), so socialising often happens in the kitchen (or outside).

We're looking for a kind, respectful, and positive flatmate that is tidy and clean, wears layers when it gets cold as we don't use the heaters too much to save on the energy bills, and knows how to recycle.

Agency requirements:
- Copy of the passport
- Reference from your previous landlord
- Proof of address
- Bank statements/payslips
- £760 deposit

I've lived here for over 8 years and despite cold winters & warm summers, it's a great location away from a busy central London.

Also a great location to reach all airports.
