The person will either be a student or professional who appreciates a peaceful and harmonious environment and prefers to put wellbeing, education and life as a priority. This is more of a safe haven where you come to rest your head with your own private bathroom and WC. My pet cat Bubie is the only additional flatmate who forms part of the wellbeing and she is friendly, sweet and slightly princess like but very independent and forms part of the beauty of this home.
