I am looking for a flatmate in my 2 bed apartment in Palmers Green. The flat is on the second floor, no lift. My brother has moved out hence why the room is now available.

The room is a modern double room. It will come furnished with a UK small double bed + mattress, desk, large IKEA wardrobe with in built drawers. Furniture is negotiable as required.

Over the last few years, many improvements have been made to the flat including replacing the bathroom and kitchen, carpets, flooring and windows.

Total monthly rent of £899 includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet. There are also shared flat items such as kitchen stuff (toaster, kettle air fryer etc), iron, ironing board, clothes dryer etc. already available to share.

Parking is available, no permit and no charge for residents as it is a private road. It is usually available no issues.

The flat is 8 mins walk to Palmers Green train station, which takes you to Moorgate in under 30mins. It is also 25 mins walk to Southgate tube stop which is on the Piccadilly line and a night tube service. Palmers Green high street is on your doorstep with plenty of food options and convenient stores. There is also a Pure Gym and modern Pub directly across the road, less than 1 min walk.

About me:

Originally from Manchester I have recently moved to London. I work in financial services and I'm based in the city. I am in the office 3 days a week, the rest i work from home. I am often out and about in the evenings and on the weekends, meeting up and socialising with friends, playing cricket, going to the gym, going to gigs and music festivals etc. I like to travel, enjoy visiting new places. I enjoy eating out and going to the local for the odd pint along with after work drinks. I also like the odd club night but equally enjoy staying in, watching a series or film or sport (i watch a lot of sport, mainly football and cricket).

I am looking for someone with similar interests who is happy to socialise and hang out occasionally but also gives each their space and respects boundaries. Someone who is clean and tidy, who will share communal area cleaning so it is not just left to me.
