We are looking for a mature female to share this is a lovely 3 bedroom house in a nice residential part of N13. The double room is available immediately. The other room occuppied by myself a marketing professional.

We like to keep our living environment very clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who is keen in keeping their living space as clean and tidy as we do. We have a beautiful spacious room, shared use of the kitchen, living room and newly landscaped garden.

This is a quiet house suitable for someone mature who values their privacy, is both considerate and happy to get along with two other very busy ladies. If you're interested in living in a neat and tidy home then I'd love to hear from you. If you are on the messy side then please do not apply as you would not be suitable.

The Room - The room is at the front of the house over looking the street. And south facing which means this room receives lots of light. Newly pai tes, bright, clean, newly furnished.
Furniture includes chest of drawers, double bed, desk and office chair, arge wardrobe, and small sofa with and bedside table And two mirrors.

The House - This is a quiet, bright, clean, comfortable home with a small garden. A place to return to, after a long day, where you can relax. The kitchen has been recently fitted. There is wooden flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has microwav3, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge freezer and oven/hob.

Location - This lovely home situated in a pleasant street in Palmersgreen, N13 is just 30 seconds walk to the nearest bus stop (121, 232, 141, 329 and the N29 runs directly from Trafalgar square and drops you outside the house literally!).
