Looking for someone to join our 3 bed flat in Palmers Green North London ✨

The flat:
- 3 bedrooms, 1 bath top floor flat with its own side entrance and private garden. The rooms are all super spacious and have gorgeous wooden floors and white walls so easy to adapt the space to your tastes!

💴:
The rent is £650 excluding bills, they usually even out at around £110 in summer and £130 in winter. We have a bi weekly cleaner for communal areas which comes to £36 each a month and share the cost of cleaning materials/ toilet rolls etc.

Housemates:
- We’re losing one of the trio as she’s going home to America 💔 so you’ll be living with me (Yasmine) and Maddy. I work as behaviour therapist at an autism centre and Maddy works in production. I work on site always and Maddy only works from home on a Friday so if you are someone who does, you’ll have the place to yourself. We want our house to feel like a home and feel comfortable and cosy- so someone who is sociable and up for hang outs/ pub visits is needed (whilst obviously respecting each others need for space and alone time!) I also have two gorgeous 3 year old kitty’s called Vinnie and Vito so no one with allergies/ hate for cats😅. I obviously take responsibility for their care but they love attentions and cuddles 🥰

Move in date: Our housemate is leaving mid December so we are flexible with move in date being between then and early January. As our contract would be up for resigning in March we’re currently advertising this as a sublet with the hope of it becoming permanent when we resign as long as everyone is happy, this means that there would be no deposit required until then!

We ideally would like someone in their late 20s to early 30s who’s fun, respectful and would like to fit in to our little flat family! Look forward to hearing from you all 😘
