Single room with beautiful view, balcony & garden

Hello! we live in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful private park. We are a friendly bunch and keep a very clean tidy home while giving each other plenty of space. We have been living here for at least a year altogether and get along well. We are all professionals so we are looking for a quiet tidy professional. You would be sharing the bathroom with 2 other men and the kitchen with 4 other people. There is no living room. We live in a modern flat and there there is a handyman who lives on the same floor and fixes things quickly. There is a parking spot that you can rent if needed, and parking for bicycles. Bills are included in the rent. You will get to meet us during the viewing.
