I want to rent out a spacious En Suite in a two bedroom flat. The whole flat (including the En Suite) is full of light and the room is fully furnished. Needless to say you will have your own bathroom...
Kitchen and living room will be shared and I would be more than happy to see you there. My favorite part of the flat is the balcony. It is really big and has got a great view of a lake and park next to us. A perfect place to have a glass of wine or cup of coffee.
The rent will include all the utility bills, Council Tax, and super fast internet (The highest speed possible we could get in London). Kitchen includes dishwasher and the whole flat's water is filtered. There is a cleaner lady coming every two weeks, you can opt in to clean your room or not (the cleaner fee is not included in the rent but if choose to opt out, there would be no charge on that)
Location... It is a very good place to commute and easily accessible. Park Royal (Piccadilly line) is circa 10 minutes walk and Hanger lane (Central line) is about 15 minutes walk from home. Buses 226 and 112 are in a short walking distance.
My ideal flatmate is friendly, clean, non-smoker and not loud. I like to socialize my flatmate sometimes, watch a movie or have a chat about a topic while having a cup of tea / coffee, or a glass of wine or a pint of beer; while respecting each other's privacy as well.
About me... I am 45, easy going and clean. I like to relax at week days as I work hard during day but very active in the weekend. I am not a party animal but I like to have some good times with friends sometime. I like outdoor activities and always open to suggestion!
