I'm looking for a friendly, clean and considerate flatmate to share my bright, modern two-bedroom flat in Park Royal.

The available room is spacious, fully furnished and comes with its **own private en-suite bathroom**, giving you plenty of comfort and privacy.

The flat is modern, well-maintained and filled with natural light, creating a lovely place to call home.

🏡 The Flat & Facilities

You'll have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and a comfortable living room. I'd love to share the flat with someone who appreciates a friendly, relaxed atmosphere while respecting each other's personal space.

One of the highlights of the flat is the **large balcony overlooking the lake and surrounding park**. It's a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a long day or have a glass of wine while taking in the view.

The rent includes:

- All utility bills and Council Tax

- Access to a dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen
- Filtered water throughout the flat

A professional cleaner visits every two weeks to help keep the shared areas clean and tidy. If you'd also like your bedroom cleaned, this can be arranged for an additional fee, but it's entirely optional.

🐱 Meet Kai & Yuki – The Real Owners of the Flat!

I share my home with two adorable British Shorthair kittens, **Kai (boy) and Yuki (girl)**, who are brother and sister and nearly four months old.

They joined the household in September 2026 and have quickly become the little stars of the flat!

They're playful, curious and full of personality, and they bring plenty of warmth and entertainment to everyday life. Whether they're exploring, playing together or simply relaxing nearby, they make the flat feel even more like a home.

Both are indoor cats, so you'll occasionally see them wandering around the shared areas, supervising the household or looking for a little attention! 😊

**Your bedroom will remain your private, cat-free space**, and they won't be allowed inside unless you choose to invite them.

I'm ideally looking for someone who genuinely likes cats and would be happy to share a home with these two little characters. You won't be expected to look after them, but being comfortable and friendly around them is important.

I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful, and I enjoy a balanced lifestyle.

I like keeping my home clean, comfortable and peaceful. I'm sociable and enjoy the occasional chat over coffee, watching a film together or sharing a drink, but I equally appreciate having my own space and downtime.

I'm not a party person, although I enjoy spending time with friends, getting outdoors and trying new activities.

For me, the ideal home is somewhere you can feel comfortable, relaxed and completely yourself.
