Bought this place in 2016 and had a friend living in the second room for some years. After the lockdown havent rented it as much as my friends moved away from London. With uncertainity in my work contracts , I am looking to rent the second room. If you want the master bedroom instead it may be possible!

I work as an Architect in Information Technology. Though I work from home I am away almost all days working from the gym or cafes or in a wework like environment.
Even on weekends I am often out during the day

I prefer a resident who has to commute to work most days of the week but is negotiable .
I am friendly , kind hearted and fair.
