Prettiest Street in Sw London

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE AD;

I AM LUCKY ENOUGH TO LIVE IN ONE OF THE PRETTIEST STREETS IN SW LONDON.

Sandwiched between eel brook common at on end and Parsons green at the other it is 3 mins from the best bar and restos and the same distance fom the tube at PG and the 22 bus on the kings rd. Fulham Broadway tube is only 6-7 mins walking. You couldn't get a more convenient location. About half a mile or 1200 determined paces from zone 1.. and the same from the river either at Putney or Chelsea Creek
My house is all original surfaces - exposed brick, wood and steel. The room is a normal sized double but it benefits from a wow factor dedicated bathroom so you are almost completely self contained if need be. Kitchen is vintage-style design and I personally never use it so no queue for cooking.
I am a semi-retired creative, who likes their house to be a haven not a rave in and so does my rescue dog...she is old and very gentle so a genuine dog lover would be preferable

SPECIAL TERMS: THE REASON FOR THE LOW RATE IS THAT I MAY BE AWAY IN PARIS FOR 8 WEEKS, SO I NEED SOMEONE WHO MAY BE ABLE TO GIVE ME A LITTLE HELP AROUND THE HOUSE AND DOG AND THE OCCASIONAL AIR BNB TENANTS WHO MAY RENT TWO ROOMS IN THE TOP FLOOR (THEY DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO ANY OF THE KITCHEN, LOUNGE OR MAIN BATHROOM?
