We’re looking for a third housemate to join us in a beautiful three-bedroom upper maisonette in Parsons Green. The home feels much more like a house than a flat spread over multiple floors with lots of natural light, a large kitchen, separate living room and an amazing private roof terrace.

This is the upper part of a converted house, which means it feels like a proper house. The kitchen is large and bright, there’s a cosy reception room, and the roof terrace is perfect for summer evenings or morning coffee.

You’ll be living with two friendly professionals in their early 30s.

I am a lawyer and focus on discrimination work and I’m in the office five days a week am mainly office-based during the week, and Naomi works in Marketing & Partnerships and works remotely a couple of days a week.

The vibe at home is calm, respectful and easygoing, social when everyone’s around but also mindful of personal space.

💷 Rent: £1,375 pcm (excluding bills)
📍 Location: Fulham SW6 only one minute walk to Parsons Green & Fulham Broadway with great transport links, parks, gyms and cafes nearby.

We’d love to find someone considerate, warm and easy to live with who wants to help create a happy home, cook long dinners together in the evenings and watch films with. Although, we are both very respectful of personal space and making sure that everyone feels happy at home!
