We're living in a 3 bedroom house in a great location - equally close to peckham rye, queens road peckham and nunhead. The house is two roads up from peckham rye and one road away from nunhead lane.
Although handily located near busy areas, our road is peaceful and has a calm atmosphere. The house is part of a gated community made up of lovely, friendly people, who don't have a problem with us making a bit noise on the weekend every now and then. We also have a great garden space!
A bit about us - I’m a recent music graduate and musician, intending to go on to masters study next year, while my housemate is a full-time journalist. We're friendly, creative and sociable people, and enjoy both going out and chilling. We also like to keep the house clean.
Our other current housemate is about to finish her masters studies and is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take her double room asap! Feel free to get in touch and ask any questions :)
