Single room own bathroom beautiful flat in Peckham

Hi, I am a professional female living alone in a 2 bedroom flat in Peckham, the room is single size, though I have had over the past 6 years I have been here have a flatmate that had a double bed in there!
The lounge is large and spacious, newly decorated. The room comes with use of your own bathroom too.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Queens Road Station, and a 10 minute walk from Peckham Rye.
I am looking to share the place with someone that wants the space for a minimum of 6months, preferably with someone who would like to stay here long term. I am a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
All bills are included with this let, deposit of £600 required to move in, which will be returned upon leaving (there for damages or leaving without notice prior to 6 month agreed time).
