Great room in modern peckham flat

Hey!

We're looking for a new flatmate for our 4 bedroom flat in Peckham - our old roommate Ellie is sadly (for us!) moving in with her boyfriend in mid-January. Ideally, it would be good to have a female flatmate to keep a mixed dynamic, but it's not essential.

We're three guys aged 27-30, who enjoy hanging out together, cooking, and having a beer in the evenings and weekends. The house is very chilled, and we all get along really well. We're a pretty active bunch and do a lot of cycling, climbing, running etc., but also enjoy chilling out and watching TV.

Colin works in a great new restaurant that just opened in Peckham, Cal works as an illustrator (and is a self-proclaimed aspiring baker), and Alex is a PhD student at UCL. Ideally, we're looking for someone of a similar age, who is sociable and friendly.

It's a great flat, which has been fully renovated in the last couple of years - there's a big kitchen with dining table, 2 bathrooms with showers/ bath, a living room with a projector, and a roof terrace. The room is a decent size and available from Sunday 20th January (could probably do Saturday if it's easier).

The landlord is Cal's brother so we don't have any issues getting stuff fixed etc. Bills are £70/month, including everything (heating, water, broadband, cleaner etc).
