We are looking for a housemate to share our lovely 3 story home in Peckham (5 mins walk from Queens Road Station and Peckham Rye Station)
It is a small double room with furniture included ( double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe ) It gets plenty of light and it is next to one of the toilets.
The house itself is spacious and light, with a big front room looking out to a park and a large kitchen opening to our patio. There are two toilets and one bathroom with a tub and a shower.
It would be nice to find someone friendly, around 28 to 35 years old, who might want to shares meals and beers. We all have our own personal space but do enjoy hanging out from time to time.
Price is £620 per month with ALL bills included and it will be available anytime from between the 28th September - 4th October .
Deposit is one months rent.
Viewings on 21st, 22nd September.
