LGBTQ+ Friendly Room in Queens Road Flatshare

We're looking for someone (or a couple) to replace me in our flat just be Queens Road Peckham Station. The flat is beautiful inside and comes fully furnished for the summer stay. Current flat mates are a couple that attend Goldsmiths University part time for MA studies and work at other times in the week. The room gets lots of natural light and has direct access to the garden, which has both grass and a patio...and 2 comfy deck chairs!

We're an open minded and relaxed group of people that aim to create an environment where everyone can feel free to be themselves. Looking to continue this atmosphere with the new tenant. The current flat mates are looking to extend the contract another year from September so if it feels like home, and you want to make it so, then it could be.
