A great double room in a large, friendly and well-equipped flat.

You’ll be sharing with two professional gals, Killian and Alex, working in fashion and music respectively. They’re amazingly friendly, welcoming and kind, and keep the house in great shape. Alex has only recently moved in, while Killian has been in the house for about 18 months. I mightn’t ever have left if I wasn’t getting a place with my girlfriend.

The kitchen is a good size, coming with a fan oven, gas hobs, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Lots of cupboards, lots of work surfaces. There’s also a nice size table.

The living room has a large L-shape sofa, and features a good size TV - bigger than the Mac in the current pic. It leads out to the patio garden, a gorgeous split level area, complete with picnic bench and plants.

Also in the downstairs space you'll find a separate utility room, containing a washer/dryer, overhead clothes airer and built-in ironing board. This little room leads through to a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there’s the room: a really nice size, with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and little desk and chair included. The large windows mean it’s very bright and fresh feeling with the curtains open.

Further upstairs there’s the main bathroom; complete with toilet, sink, mirror, bath and high-pressure shower.

It’s a really great part of Peckham, with excellent access to London. I cycle (15 mins) or bus (30 mins) to London Bridge. It’s about a 10-minute walk into Peckham proper, and you're close to The Hope - the best pub in town.
