Hi

I have a bedroom available in a 2 bed flat in Peckham. Room comes with a double Bed, Chest of drawers, rail and blind. Bedding included if wanted. There is an open kitchen, dining, living area. Bathroom has a bath and a shower and will be shared with me. There is lovely balcony that looks onto the flat communal area, it gets the sun all afternoon until sunset. Flat has all necessary appliances - washing / dryer machine, hoover, etc.

I own the flat and live there also. I'm very sociable so I'm out a lot of the time. I work in fashion and really into yoga and pilates.

The building is only 2 years old and has a video intercom system and a lift and a large grass communal area at the back.

Location It's 5 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham and about 12 minutes to Peckham Rye. Under 10 minutes to the Bussey Building and Peckham levels. There's nice pubs, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.
