Newly refurbished ensuite room incl. bills

I am looking for a considerate and tidy flatmate to enjoy my newly renovated flat as much as I do :)

The living room and kitchen is shared. I have installed all new appliances so everything is modern and functional.

The flat is well located near Peckham High Street and only 10 mins from the station.

The building does not have a garden but there is a communal roof terrace with amazing views of the London skyline and a small outside space shared by two other flats.

The room is generously sized and has an ensuite (shower + toilet + sink). Furniture includes a new bed frame, mattress, bedside table and a large chest of drawers.
