3 Floor House + Recording Studio & Indie Label

One room going in our house for September 1st to take on the contract with us- looking for someone creative, ideally working in music or creative industries to join the studio & label alongside rest of us here in Peckham. Its a 4 bed across 3 floors, nice garden, multiple parking spaces & driveway etc. Good sized double room, furnished @675. Private friendly live out landlord.

Contract is for one year but landlord allows sublets in some circumstances. Bills are around £35 a month on top including super fast business grade broadband.

I have a dog here called Chloe, shes a greyhound. Must be doggy friendly!
