They are looking for someone with similar interests and similar age (20s) to be part of the house. It's important to them that the room isn't just being filled by anyone and for the house to remain social, chilled and friendly.
Rent for a single occupant is £880 a month (including electricity) other bills not included. The room is furnished with a bed frame, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
