Double bedroom in a beautiful house in Peckham

I am looking for a housemate to share an amazing 2 bedroom house, (with gorgeous garden!) in Peckham. The house is recently renovated and architect-designed, with underfloor heating, and plenty of space for two sharers. I’ve lived here for two years, and am looking to replace my current housemate who is moving in with her boyfriend - hence move in date can be a little flexible.

The available bedroom faces the garden, and is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and bedside table. There is both an upstairs bathroom,
and a downstairs loo, plus a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. It is much more spacious than anywhere I’ve lived in London!

Deposit is a month’s rent and we have a weekly cleaner.

I work Mon-Fri in Chelsea, and usually get home quite late, so this works well with someone who works more regular hours, but not essential! I love going out around Peckham and Dulwich, but also like to have a chilled home, so it’s not really a party house!
