Great house in Peckham with a fantastic interior.

Theres plenty of communal space in the house, working well for us all with lots of room when you want to be together, or you can have your own space with the separate areas.

The House is a great share, We're all professionals and very clean / tidy, with a cleaner twice a month to help out with the extra little bits.

The House & Room:

The house has 4 bedrooms, an amazing south-facing roof terrace that gets the sun all day, a large living room and a separate open plan kitchen/dinner.

The bedroom is the master bedroom, with big bay windows and a lot of space if you want to work from home.

There's a main bathroom, which is shared for 3 bedrooms. A toilet downstairs and the loft conversion room has an en suite.

Everything across the house is fully furnished, even coming with some great modern technologies like a dishwasher!

The location is within a short walk from Peckham High street. With travel from queens road station, or from old kent road so its fast to get to most places like elephant and castle.

Bills are £135 (not included in rent cost) this includes:

- Broadband, tv license and BT youview
- Council tax
- Gas, water & Electric
- Cleaner twice a month

The house is currently up for sale hence the short - medium term, but would be notice of at least 2 months
