Large double bedroom, Queens Road Peckham

Large double bedroom available in our lovely house near Queens Rd Peckham Station. The bedroom has high ceilings, sash windows, and a charaterful old fireplace. The room comes unfurnished but has a built in shelving unit and clothes rail and the option of a bed.
The kitchen, dining room and the living room are bright, large spaces with lots of additional storage and there’s a small but cosy garden. There are no agency fees as we deal directly with our (v lovely) landlord.

Ideally looking for someone aged 25 up 🙂 no couples, sorry! I’m Jenny, a 32 year old artist and also work part time as an artist assistant, and my lovely housemate is Fiona, 25 and works for the fashion retailer Matches.

750 PCM without bills (bills come to around £70 on average a month)

Queens Road Peckham – less than 10 min walk.
London Bridge – 30 min bus or 10 min train.
And plenty of buses to Elephant and Castle - less than 15mins
