Double room in friendly and spacious 4-bed Peckham house share!

We have a lovely double room to rent in a homely, 4 bed, spacious house on a quiet leafy street nestled between Peckham Rye and East Dulwich. It is a great location for pubs, bars, cafes (Bellenden Road and Lordship Lane) and it is 10 mins away from both Peckham Rye and East Dulwich station. The house is a stones throw away from Goose Green and close to Peckham Rye Park.

It is a lovely double room with a large window that faces out to our garden (gardeners welcome!). The room is unfirnished and available from the middle of March.

The house has a lovely garden, spacious living and dining room, kitchen and you would be sharing with 3 lovely, kind and respectful housemates all in their early 30's. We are looking for someone kind, funny and that is looking to call a place home! We all have lives of our own but love getting together for the odd pint and regular house dinners. Looking for someone roughly the same age as us who likes a social but isn't a wild party animal.
