Double Room in Peckham

Hi , I am leaving my lovely double room in Peckham! I have been here for 3 years and it’s been the best , its a 4 bed house , super cheap and it’s really light and we have a garden. Woop
Sharing with 3 other girls- Micky, Rosa and Thara.
Museum work / theatre work / modelling / and I’m a Gardener .
Everybody is super lovely and friendly and we share drinks and chats and equally people do their own thing and have different schedules.
Everyone is relaxed but tidy and courteous and all the normal stuff
We have a garden, a bathroom and another toilet downstairs. The kitchen is nice and big and has a table and a space to chill.
My bedroom is upstairs facing the garden. The bed/ shelves and bedside table are mine but there is a great large wardrobe with mirrors that will stay .

15 minute walk to Peckham rye station and a bus stop 1 minute away that runs the 63/363 and some other good’uns!

Bills aren’t included but normally add up to around 70 a month
Oh and bikes are welcome :)

Going to try and book in some viewings next week so let me know if you’d like to come and have a look!
