Subletting my double room from now through to the end of May. It’s nestled amongst a ground floor place 8 mins from Peckham Rye station. You’ll be living with 4 super chill, clean, easy going housemates, Dillon, Katie, Tim and Megan.

The place has a shared kitchen space with a nice garden out back, two bathrooms (upstairs & downstairs) and a shared living room. We also have Chuck, our gorgeous and affectionate feline who’s always up for a chat and a cuddle.

This isn't so appealing with the current state of things, nevertheless, Peckham is full of great bars, pubs, gyms, yoga studios cafes etc to keep you busy. You’ve also got Morrison’s, Tescos, Lidl and Sainsbury’s all within a 5 minute walk.

TRANSPORT
- 8 min walk to the Peckham Rye or Queens Road Overground
- 10 min bus ride to Elephant & Castle underground
- Regular bus routes in and out of Peckham to get you anywhere
