One Room In Four Bed House Share

Hello!

We are 3 people searching for the final flat mate to join us in this amazing lower ground maisonette located on a beautiful leafy street in Peckham/Nunhead.

(We’re wanting to move in ASAP)!!
It’s a 4 bed property, but as we haven’t actually moved in yet, we aren’t fully decided on who has what room. There are 3 spacious doubles, 1 single bedroom, and one other small room that would be given to the person who gets the single to use as a study/workspace for example.

The flat is really nice, clean and new. It’s a couple of minutes walk to Nunhead station and about ten min walk to queens road Peckham station. It’s within walking distance to central Peckham and New Cross and a couple of minutes walk away is Nunhead with its cute cafes and nice views of London. The rooms are really light and the kitchen living room area is open plan and really social. One bedroom has french doors leading to a garden and a huge shed which we can use for storage!

Oli is 23, he’s a film trailer editor.

Tom is also 23 and works in sales for a tech company.

I’m Izzy, age 22, I study a masters in filmmaking at Goldsmiths uni.

We’re all really creative, open and friendly people looking for a likeminded person to join us, We would want the flat to be a social and homely one!

The place comes only part furnished: we have a washing machine, fridge freezer, two wardrobes, a sofa, and four dining room chairs, so we would need to find beds and maybe some draws and tables, but there’s plenty of free stuff of gumtree and freecycle and we’re all quite excited to put some effort in and make it all really nice!
