I am looking for someone to take my beautiful room in Peckham from the 1th of May because I am sadly moving back to my hometown. The room has a nice view of our garden with mirror, desk and wardrobe. The rent is 615 a month ( bills around 30).
The house has been fully refurbished including new living room (with projector), brand new kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine and fully stocked kitchen appliances), 3 bathrooms and garden with barbecue are. You'll have also your own private parking spot
The house is a fun and sociable environment, whilst having regard to the working week. Ed and Kaori are working professional with an artistic background career :) the best people I meet since I am here in London!
The location really couldn't be better, Lidl and Morrison are both within a 5 minute walk. Overground within a 10 minute walk
We are able to do a virtual tour or in person viewing
