Really good location, just outside Peckham Rye Park and about 10 minutes walk from the station, loads of shops and pubs just a five minute walk away on Rye Lane. There’s also a car park and loads of bus stops all around the common right outside so great for travel.
The room is really spacious and comes fully furnished with a bed, a large wardrobe, and a bedside table.

Unfortunately there’s no living room as it’s actually a 2 bed flat, hence the relatively cheap rent considering it’s location. Ideally looking for someone who is friendly but enjoys their own space.
